Address Purchase Price Page is used for updating the price of a product for some time, to make stability in the price.
Step 1: Open the Address Purchase Price Page:
Step 2: Add Purchase price (For Individual Product )
- On the top right of the page there is a ‘(+)’ sign, click on it.
- A new page will appear.
- Fill in the address of the vendor/supplier you want to purchase the item from.
- Select the item you want to purchase from the Vendor/Supplier.
- Update the price per unit.
- Currency will automatically updated to INR(Indian Rupee).
- ‘Date To’ and ‘Date From’ should be selected manually to freeze the price up to that time period.
- Click on Submit after filling the required information.
- A box will appear for confirmation, if you need to make any changes then click CANCEL otherwise click OK.
- We can see the updated list in the entries.
FOR SPGS(Solar Power Generating System): For the set of products
Step 1: Again Click on the ‘(+)’ icon.
- The same page will appear.
- Select the Vendor/supplier address as per your needs.
Step 2: For SPGS items the code will be “FINST”
- For SPGS there is a specific code ‘FINST’, where all the SPGS items will be shown. Select the item from the list that you want to purchase.
Step 3: Choose the ‘Date To’ and ‘Date From’.
- To freeze the price range for a particular time period.
Step 4: Update the price per unit
- Click on the submit button, A box will appear.
- This box shows that a particular SPGS contains specific parts and their description.
- It shows the part’s quantity.
- We will update the price in the part rate.
- Then after clicking on the SUBMIT. The price per unit will be updated.
Step 6: Record Save Successfully
- On the top-right, there is a back button. Click on it
- After that updated list can be seen in the entries.
