The ASF Call Allocation Page is used for Allocation the of complaints to the ASF and their Engineers.
Step 1: Open the ASF Call Allocation Page:
Step 2: Parameters:
- You will find different parameters like ASF Details, Complaint No. and ASF Engineer, which helps you in the allocation of a complaint to an ASF Engineer.
- After Selecting all the details click on the ‘Allocate’ button, then that complaint will be assigned to that Engineer.
- First, choose the Assign ASF from the list.
- Now, You can choose the Complaint No. of that particular ASF.
- Then, You can choose the ASF Engineer List of that particular ASF.
