Introduction- This guide is for reviewing uploaded documents and videos and approving battery replacement by generating a code.
Step-1 : On the left side of the page, select the battery approval request to approve. You will see all relevant documents and videos to approve.
Step-2 : Users must review the BTR image that includes customer details, complaint details, system readings, engineer observations, and more.
Step-3 : Users should ensure that they check for the valid warranty card and invoice bill, which are included in the Other Attachments section.
Step-4 :The user is advised to watch a video about the system’s gravity readings to determine their validity.
Step-5 : Please ensure that you watch the video about the cell and confirm if it was valid or not.
Step-6 : If any document is missing or invalid, the user can reject the request by entering a remark. If everything is in order, the user can approve the request with a positive remark.
Step-7 : After the request is approved, an approval code is generated for the approval of the battery and engineering.
