Introduction –This guide is designed to assist users in accessing the details of closed complaints within ASF & EAPRO.
Step-1 : Users are required to select a “from date” and a “to date”.
Step-2 : If a user wishes to view details for both EAPRO and ASF, they can select “ALL” from the Type list. Alternatively, if the user specifically wants to review only EAPRO complaints, they can choose “EAPRO” from the list, and similarly for ASF by selecting “ASF.”
Step-3 : After selecting the type from the Type list, users can retrieve comprehensive data of all locations by simply clicking the search button.
Step-4 : To obtain specific data for a particular region, users can narrow down their search by selecting the state and city from the provided list after choosing the type.
Step-5 : To export the data into Excel, users can click on the designated ‘EXPORT’ button.
