Step 1: Open Complaint Reallocation Page:
- Complaint Reallocation is used when the allocated complaint to an engineer is unable to resolve the complaint or is unavailable at that time.
- Open the Complaint Reallocation Page.
Step 2: Enter the Complaint Number
- On the Complaint Reallocation Page, write the complaint number in the search bar.
- Click on the ‘Search’ button to retrieve all details associated with the complaint.
- You will get to see all the details regarding the allocated complaint.
Step 3: Select Relocation Details:
- Now, Select the Reallocation date and the Engineer to whom this complaint is now going to be reallocated.
Step 4: Specify Reason & Remark for Reallocation:
- Select the reason for the reallocation of the complaint.
- Add a remark or additional comments related to the complaint reallocation.
Step 5: Submit Complaint Reallocation:
- After ensuring all details are accurate and complete, click on the ‘Submit’ button to finalize the complaint reallocation process.
