FSR strands for Field Service Report also known as Digital. In this, a series of codes is given to the Engineer which they have to upload when they are closing a complaint.
Step 1: Open the FSR Page:
- After Opening the FSR page you will see a grid that informs, the details of the previous FSR given to the engineers.
- In the last column of Status, you can check that this engineer FSR code is running or Closed.
Step 2: When and How To Assign The FSR Codes:
- If the FSR codes of an engineer are not running, he requests us to assign him a new series of codes.
- Then in the above section, Select the states of the Engineer.
- Then in the new dropdown list, it will have only that particular engineer who is present in that state.
Step 3: Assigning the FSR Codes:
- Then we, see the previous in the textbox of Serial no. from number, after adding 100 in that we write the new value in the Series No. To textbox.
- Then according to the code, we will write Book No. in the textbox.
- Then click on the “Save” Button.
