This page helps us to give a brief about how to generate enquiry by a customer.
Step 1: Open the Generate Enquiry page
Step 2: Create an enquiry
- On the top-right side there is a (+) sign, click on it.
- After that, a page of CREATE ENQUIRY will appear.
- Date and Time will be automatically updated when we start creating enquiry
- In source, select that option from where you get to know about the enquiry.
- Fill in the primary contact. with the contact number
- After clicking on SEARCH, a detailed page of CREATE ENQUIRY will open.
- Select the Type (i.e Product or Business )
- It will help to be more specific about the enquiry.
- In Source Reference, select the reference you get about this company.
- In RELATED TO, Select the product you want to enquire about. It has two options “Solar Power Generating System or Other”.
- In Vertical, select CHANNEL.
- In Personal info, fill in the information regarding the Customer
- In the Name of the key account, fill in the name of the customer.
- In Category, select Other.
- In Contact Person, fill in the name of the person you can contact.
- Designation, Contact No.2, E-mail, Date of Birth and Anniversary are optional.
- Select the Gender.
- Select the Priority according to the customer’s interest in the Product.
- In ADDRESS DETAILS, fill in the details of the customer’s address.
- Select the Country.
- Select the State
- Select the City
- Select the town/locality
- Fill the Address Line
- Landmark is optional.
- Fill in the Pincode.
- In the Subject, fill in the details about why you want to create an Enquiry.
- In Enquiry, fill in the enquiry regarding the product or business.
- In MEETING LOCATION, if you uncheck the box of Same as Provided Address, then you’ve to fill in the information of the new meeting location.
- Otherwise, it will not get changed.
- Click on NEXT
- A new page will appear where Enquiry Details are mentioned.
Step 3: How to Edit or Close Enquiry
- Click on Edit Enquiry and edit the details you want to change.
- You can close the enquiry if you get confirmation that the customer is least interested in the product by clicking on CLOSE ENQUIRY.
- In TYPE, select COMPANY PRODUCT
- In ITEM DESCRIPTION, select the item you’ve enquired about.
- Fill in the quantity.
- Item Detail is optional.
- And after that click on ADD. The item will be added.
- We can Edit the quantity of items by this icon.
- We can delete the item from the list by clicking on this icon beside the edit icon.
Step 4: Forward it to the Zonal Sales Manager(ZSM)
- On the top right side, there is an icon for forwarding the Inquiry details to ZSM.
- A dialogue box will appear and show the list of the ZSMs. Choose according to per need
- And afterwards, click on FORWARD. The enquiry details will be forwarded to that ZSM.
