The Master Report( the Adhoc Report), is a report that helps us obtain detailed information about various aspects of a specific detailed report of a particular product or service report.
Step 1: Open the Master Report Page:
- Open the Master Report Page, when you open the page it is named Complaint Allocated Report.
Step 2: Filters:
- When you open the page you will find some Filters which help you in finding a specific report.
- Filters are From Date to To Date, State, City, Engineer List, Product, Model, Call From, Complaint Status, Complaint Type, Installation, Warranty, Complaint By and Counter.
- All these help you to find a specific and detailed report of a particular product, you can also see the Pending Complaint, Closed Complaint, and more.
Step 3: Report after applying filters:
- After applying all the filters, Click on the ‘Search’ button.
- You can also just give the dates and it will provide you with the complaint report between those dates. Click on the search button as it will show you the latest complaint with all the parameters, but if you want to have a specific complaint you just need to fill in the details in the filters.
Step 4: Parameters & Report:
- By Scrolling down and right you can see all the parameters of the report.
- By clicking on the ‘Export’ Button you can download this report in Excel format.
Step 5: Complaint Specific Details:
- If you want to see more specific details of a particular complaint, Just click on the Complaint Number in the grid report.
- It will redirect you to a new page named ‘Unit History (Based on MIS, Registration & Complaint History)’.
Step 6: Unit History:
- Unit History Page gives us all the details of how many times a customer has made a complaint about the product.
