It is a report in which all the complaints assigned to the engineer and those which are not closed are visible.
Step 1: Open the Pending Reports Page:
Step 2: Applying Filters:
- Within the pending reports page, filters were preset which is helpful when were want to see a report for a particular thing.
- You can choose a particular Technical officer pending complaints, or you can choose a particular state or a particular product.
Step 3: Categorizing Complaints:
- Observe the complaints and categorize them into three distinct categories: warning, critical, and supercritical.
- On the right side of the page, the “Oldest Pending” option is present, which helps us to know the last pending complaint of a particular state which is not closed yet.
Step 4: Total Pending Complaints
- Scroll down the page to find the “Total” option, Which tells us how many total number of pending complaints is present overall.
Step 5: Complaint Details
- Click on a specific complaint number to access detailed information.
- It will send you to a new page, specifically the “Pending Report Details,” to view the details and reasons associated with the selected complaint.
Step 6: Export to Excel
- If necessary, locate the “Export to Excel” button at the top of the page.
- Click on this option to generate and download the entire report in Excel format for further analysis or record-keeping.
